Welcome to Find A Decorator ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website and matching services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Find A Decorator provides an online marketplace connecting customers seeking painting and decorating services with independent verified tradespeople ("Pros"). Find A Decorator is not a painting contractor and does not directly execute decoration work.

3. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to provide accurate project details, property locations, and contact information. Posting jobs is free of charge. Contracts and payment terms for decoration work are formed directly between the customer and the chosen decorator.

4. Decorator Terms & Lead Marketplace

Decorators must maintain valid Public Liability Insurance and pass identity verification to unlock leads. Lead credits purchased on the platform are subject to our credit refund policy in cases of fraudulent or unreachable contact information.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Find A Decorator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from workmanship, delays, or contract disputes between customers and independent decorators.
